For orders with only in-stock items, they will be dispatched within 3 business days, and you will receive an e-mail notification when the order has shipped. 

For orders with pre-order items, please refer to the arrangement.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide standard express delivery with tracking and local post without tracking number. Delivery cost and estimated shipping time will be calculated at checkout. 

When ordering from MESCO Jewelry, you agree on your behalf and on behalf of the receiver of the shipment that buyer will be responsible for any losses of postal items.

For any order over HK$500, SF Express delivery is free

For any order over USD$125, standard delivery is free

Custom Duties & Tax

International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Please note, MESCO Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Wrong Address Entered

Please check the shipping address carefully. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to email us at immediately. 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.


We only accept returns if the product you receive is a wrong item.

In this case, please contact us with your order number at and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging, and reach us within 10 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

Please send us the product via your local post office using registered air/local mail. We will have the shipping cost refunded to you once received the returned items.
