Refund policy

We only accept returns if the product you receive is a wrong item.

In this case, please contact us with your order number at mes.cojewelry@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging, and reach us within 10 days from the date of receiving your parcel.

Please send us the product via your local post office using registered air/local mail. We will have the shipping cost refunded to you once received the returned items.
