Pre-orders

Pre-order is available for some items. The expected delivery period will be mentioned in the description of the specific product. For other out-of-stock products, please check with us if any special pre-order arrangement can be made.

Before you complete your purchase, please note:

• Full payment is collected at the time of order. No cancellation is accepted after the order is made.
• Your order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If there are 'in-stock' items, they will be dispatched together with the pre-ordered items. The expected dispatched date will be within the delivery period of the pre-ordered products. We do not offer partial shipments.
• While we try our best to send out the orders within our estimated period, delivery dates are subject to change and we will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.
• If there is any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund on the pre-ordered items or amend your order if you wish.
