We provide standard express delivery with tracking and local post without tracking number. Delivery cost and estimated shipping time will be calculated at checkout.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER Hong Kong / Macau: For any order over HK$500, SF Express delivery is free International: For any order over HK$1,000, standard delivery is free

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAX

International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

Please note, MESCO Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Please check the shipping address carefully. If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to email us at mes.cojewelry@gmail.com immediately. 

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
